Do you know what happens when you come home to find that your freezer door didn't seal the last time you shut it (2 days ago)?
I'll give you a hint.
It involves 1 ginormous frying pan, 1 ginormous soup pot, 6 rolls of ground turkey, 3 whole turkey breasts, and about a gallon of antibacterial soap.
Imagine this 4-5 times over.
The down side.
Do you know how hot it was yesterday?
And I was pouring over 2 pans FULL of defrosted meat, trying to cook it all before it went bad.

The up side.
My freezer is now full of pre-cooked meat. (Yes, I made sure it sealed this time)
That means for the next two weeks, all I have to do is throw a container of the meat in the microwave for a minute before making dinner.

High five! Nothing better than lazy cooking!
Look at that. Me being optimistic about something.
Weren't expecting that, were ya!
